The fall season invites us to tune inwards, slow down, and reflect. This course will take on a journey through the elements with each module intentionally designed to bring you back to your true nature and stimulate the balance of Qi. Rooted in yin yoga, you'll explore practices that help soothe the mind, body, and soul. It’s a hug to your nervous system. Our focus is restoring balance by incorporating both passive, deep stretching poses and active dynamic flow sequences. You'll also receive guided meditations and journalling workbooks designed to help you find mental clarity.
This course will support this journey inwards by bringing in the wisdom of the elements and the concepts of yin and yan. We will work to create balance and harmony in the mind, body, and soul. In this course, you'll explore movement and stillness while dropping into the body, connecting with your soul's wisdom, and finding mental clarity. By tuning into the flow of life's natural rhythms you'll gain a greater understanding of yourself and learn to ebb and flow with the change of seasons.
