Yoga Retreat Terms and Conditions – Sacred Valley, Peru Yoga Retreat 2027

By registering for this retreat, you agree to the following terms and conditions

Retreat Dates & Location

• Dates: May 10 – 16, 2027

• Location: Sacred Valley, Peru

Yoga Retreat Attendance
To attend this retreat, participants must:

1. Agree to pay the retreat price per person as listed on the registration page.

2. Accept all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

3. Complete and submit the online registration form.

4. Submit the required deposit at the time of registration and make all subsequent payments according to the scheduled deadlines.

5. Fill out all forms and submit requested documents by their respective deadlines

What’s Included

• 6 nights / 7 days accommodation at Munay Sonqo, based on selected room type (Check-in May 10; Check-out May 16).

• Guided experiences listed on the retreat website, including:

  • Sacred ceremonies with local healers

  • Rebel Soul Session Workshops

  • Daily yoga classes

• Transportation from Alejandro Velasco Astete International Airport (Cusco, Peru) to the retreat center on May 10, 2027. 

• 3 vegetarian meals daily, starting with dinner on May 10 and ending with breakfast on May 16, 2027. 

What’s Not Included

• Airfare to and from Peru.

• Transportation from the retreat center back to Alejandro Velasco Astete International Airport in Cusco, Peru at the end of the retreat and any transportation services to/from the retreat centre that is not on May 10, 2026 from the airport to the retreat centre (mentioned above).

• Travel & Medical Insurance, entry visa (if required), and Trip Cancellation Insurance.

• Personal items, including souvenirs, spa services, or additional and optional tours, additional cost for extraordinary dietary restrictions as per the retreat centre, etc. 

• Gratuities for retreat staff, guides, or transportation.

• Any transportation beyond what is explicitly included (e.g., any extra costs for missed flights, delays, early/late arrivals).

• Fees incurred from changes to bookings, or payment schedules outside of the standard plan, and any room change requests. 

Additional Tours & Optional Activities

• The following additional tours are not included in the retreat package and can be added on to your retreat if you choose. 

• Optional tours include:

  • Cultural Community Tour + Pisac Ruins 

  • Outdoor hiking adventure  (moderate to challenging)

  • 2-day Machu Picchu tour

• Detailed information and official pricing for these tours will be released November 2026.

• Registration and full payment for optional activities are required by November 30, 2026 to secure tickets, guides, etc.

• Participation in optional activities is at the participant’s own risk and may require additional waivers.

Pricing & Payment Schedule

All prices are listed per person and based on the selected room type:

• Triple Room: USD $2,650 + HST

• Double Room: USD $2,850 + HST

• Double Deluxe (w/Ensuite Bathroom): USD $3,050 + HST

• Single Deluxe (w/Ensuite Bathroom): USD $4,050 + HST

Early Bird Savings: Save USD $300 off the above prices when you register on or before February 27, 2026.

Payment Schedule

Payments are due as follows:

• At time of registration: A non-refundable deposit of USD $600 + HST. 

• November 30, 2026: USD $1,000 + HST (plus any additional tours).

• February 26, 2027: Remaining balance of the total retreat cost.

Early Bird Terms

• Early bird pricing is available only to participants who register and submit the deposit on or before February 27, 2026.

• Early bird discounts are non-transferable and may not be applied to another individual under any circumstances.

Reservation & Payment Guidelines

Your registration for this retreat is confirmed once your deposit is received. You have 24 hours from the time we send your payment request to submit your deposit and secure your spot; otherwise, it will be assumed that you forfeit your spot. 

If we are unable to reach you when payments are due, and your payment is not received within a reasonable time (not to exceed 48 hours), we reserve the right to release your spot on the retreat. Please note that in this case, your deposit and subsequent payments will not be refunded.

Travel and Medical Insurance

Neither Sylvie Lamothe nor Rebel Soul offers trip or out-of-province medical insurance nor is it included in any of the yoga retreat purchases. It is highly recommended that each retreat guest research their options and select a plan that works for them. Please read the following carefully: 

• Medical Travel Insurance is mandatory for this retreat 

• It is strongly recommended that you purchase Trip Cancellation insurance for this retreat for your protection. You need to verify coverage with your insurance company because the deadline for adding trip cancellation will depend on the travel insurance company. 

• In light of the COVID-19 global pandemic, you are strongly encouraged to purchase a premium policy. Group travel bookings are not protected so it is the individual’s responsibility to protect their investment.  

• Each Yoga Retreat guest is 100% responsible for any loss, penalties, fees, or other financial consequences arising out of booking a trip or the cancellation of a trip and all health coverage abroad. Sylvie Lamothe and Rebel Soul cannot offer refunds for travel or medical issues that arise before or during a Yoga Retreat. 

• If you cancel due to unforeseen illness or personal emergency before the Yoga Retreat (including  COVID-19, pregnancy, surgery or injury whether personal or of a family member), miss part of the Yoga Retreat due to travel delays, lost luggage or have delayed luggage, or require medical care abroad, your personal travel insurance policy can usually cover this.

• You will be 100% responsible for any loss, penalties, fees, or other financial consequences relating to trip or travel cancellation or interruption, theft or loss of belongings, and all health coverage abroad. We do not offer refunds for trips, travel or medical issues that arise before or during a Yoga Retreat. 

Refund Policy for Deposits

Sylvie Lamothe of Rebel Soul cannot refund any deposits made for the yoga retreat under any circumstances. It is highly recommended that you purchase insurance to protect your investment. 

Cancellation Policy

When registering for the yoga retreat, you are assuming all risks and responsibilities associated with adhering to this refund policy. Any cancellation, regardless of the reason (due to health, work, personal or family circumstances) must be refunded through your personally selected travel insurance policy. No refunds are available through Sylvie Lamothe at Rebel Soul for cancellations for any reason. 

It is highly recommended that you purchase Trip Cancellation or Cancel for Any Reason Insurance for this retreat as Sylvie Lamothe of Rebel Soul will not be responsible for refunding your deposit and balance payments once they are processed. As stated in the registration form, the deposit paid for this retreat is non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you need to cancel your Yoga Retreat, you must notify Sylvie Lamothe via email. Once we have received the notice, cancellations will take effect subject to the following: 

• If your cancellation request takes place after the Final Balance Due Date, you will forfeit 100% of the Yoga Retreat price, and we will issue no refund. 

• No refunds will be given for failure to attend or complete the Yoga Retreat without written notice and adherence to this policy. 

• We reserve the right to recover from you any amount due after the deposit, which you have not paid to us by the Final Payment Due Date.

• If you are in a double room and registered for the Yoga Retreat with a friend, your friend/roommate has the right to decline your request to fill your spot in the room with an unknown Yoga Retreat guest, in which case you will not be eligible for a refund. 

• If you do not respond to emails or phone calls made when the balance is due, it will be assumed, after 48 hours of the balance being past due, that you have forfeited your spot for this retreat. 

• If you have paid in full at the time of registration and cancel before the final balance due date, your payment will be refunded minus the non-refundable deposit.

There are no refunds or discounts given for arriving late or departing early or for guests who choose not to partake in meals, yoga classes, or excursions. 

You may wish to find a replacement to take your spot for the yoga retreat if you can no longer attend. Please review the following information: 

• We highly recommend that you find your own replacement to take your spot because we cannot look for replacements until we have sold all of the spots for our Yoga Retreat. If you find someone to take your spot, your replacement must complete and submit the online registration, pay in full for the Yoga Retreat, and accept all of the Terms and Conditions of this contract associated with the Yoga Retreat purchase. If and when payment for the new guest is processed, and waivers are signed, we will issue a refund of 100% of your original payment (including the otherwise non-refundable, non-transferable deposit). Note that a $45 fee may be applied to any changes to your booking.

• If you prefer to have Sylvie Lamothe fill your spot through paid ads, newsletters, and her client list, Sylvie will put you on a refund waitlist in the order that we receive your request. After all remaining spots for the Yoga Retreat are reserved and prepaid and the Yoga Retreat is at full capacity as intended, any future additional incoming room sales will be directed to refund guests seeking cancellation and partial refund from the refund waitlist in the order of requests received. Once payment for the replacement guest is processed, and waivers are signed, we will issue a refund minus your original non-refundable, non-transferable deposit to your bank or credit card.

Passports, Visas, Immunizations, and Flights

It is your responsibility to obtain all required travel documents, including but not limited to Passports, Driver's Licenses, Visas, and Immunization Records associated with any destination. For many countries, passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the duration of the trip. You are also responsible for booking flights to the yoga retreat destination. We are not responsible and will provide no refund if you are refused entry into the country because of incorrect travel documents that are your responsibility. 

Theft and Personal Valuables

Rebel Soul and Sylvie Lamothe are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage to personal valuables during the retreat. It is advised to keep your belongings secure at all times.

Retreat Package

The retreat is sold as a complete package. There are no discounts or refunds for participants who choose to attend only part of the retreat or for those wishing to bring a non-participating spouse or partner. You will always have the choice to not participate or leave the retreat at any time but discounted rates or refunds will not be offered if you choose this. 

Room Assignments

Rooms are sold by room type (e.g., shared, private) and are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis within each category. Guests are not able to select a specific room, though we will do our best to accommodate special requests (such as first-floor access for mobility needs).

Cancellation, Postponement, or Changes of Yoga Retreat by Organizer 

Sylvie Lamothe of Rebel Soul reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or make changes to the retreat if the minimum number of participants is not met or for any reason. In this case, your deposit will be refunded, but your travel expenses (e.g., airfare, hotels, insurance, transport) will be refunded by your required travel insurance.

Force majeure event

If a force majeure event (e.g. pandemic, natural disasters, travel restrictions, strikes, trade disputes, fire, breakdowns, government or political action, acts of war or terrorism, acts of omissions of a third party or for any other reason whatsoever outside of our reasonable control) causes a Yoga Retreat to be cancelled, we will have no liability whatsoever to you and may, at our option, by written notice to you, either cancel or postpone the Yoga Retreat. In this case, we will not refund payments when they are due to causes beyond our control but may offer a rescheduled Yoga Retreat date in some instances. If the rescheduled Yoga Retreat date does not work for you, then you must seek reimbursement through your own travel insurance policy. For this reason, Travel Insurance to protect your Yoga Retreat investment is strongly encouraged.

We also reserve the right to make changes to any aspect of the Yoga Retreat if, in our absolute discretion, it is necessary to do so due to conditions that are likely to be hazardous or dangerous to the best interest of our Yoga Retreat group’s safety or due to any other adverse or threatening conditions whether political or military or terrorist or otherwise or if an act or omission of a third party prevents any aspect of the Yoga Retreat being undertaken in accordance with the booking or for any other reason that we consider necessary.

Substitute Teacher

Sylvie Lamothe reserves the right to find a substitute teacher in case of illness, family emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances involving the primary instructor to lead classes and workshops for the retreat.

Liability Waiver

By participating in this retreat, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with yoga, workshops and any excursions or activities organized with third-party outfitters. You agree to hold harmless Rebel Soul, Sylvie Lamothe, and any associated retreat centers from any injury, illness, or loss sustained during the retreat.

Photo Release

By attending this retreat, you consent to having photos taken during the event. These photos may be used by Rebel Soul for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and future marketing materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, you are asked to inform the organizers in advance.

Disruptive Behavior

For the benefit of everyone, we reserve the right to accept or reject any guest at any time without liability, and in the event we determine, in our sole and exclusive discretion, that you are disruptive to the harmony of the Yoga Retreat, we may expel you from the Yoga Retreat, without any obligation to pay a refund or any other amount whatsoever. Moreover, we have no responsibility or liability to you if you leave the Yoga Retreat prior to its conclusion or for any activity that you undertake, which is not included in the Yoga Retreat itinerary.

By booking your spot, registering, and paying your deposit for the retreat you are agreeing to the terms and conditions above.
