It's time to step outside to feel renewed, refreshed, and rejuvenated for the new year. This is our signature outdoor winter experience. We will meet at Hersey Lake and then adventure down the trails, we will stop along the way for guided mindful movement practices, and meditation, to connect with nature, and enjoy a hot tea together.
Funds from this experience will go towards the Anti-Hunger Coalitions’ Coldest Night of the Year
Saturday January 3rd | 11am - 12:30pm | Hersey Lake
Pay what you can, with a suggested donation of $30
A few details to note:
> Plan to arrive 10 minutes early
> Dress for the weather
> Bring your snowshoes just in case
> Bring your own tea mug
> If this session needs to be postponed you'll get an email an hour before the start time
It's a mix of yoga, snowshoeing, connection, and outdoor fun. You can't really think of this as just a yoga class, it's more of an experience, similar to what you'd be invited into when you attend once of our retreats. It's fun, it's mindful, it's a way to connect with the outdoors and each other.
