What if I miss a class? 

I offer full access to my video library of yoga sessions and recorded meditations to make up for any missed classes. You can make up for your missed class anytime and anywhere. 

 

When you say yes to the full series, it becomes more than just a class,  it’s a container for growth. A rhythm. A reset. A return.
