What if you miss a class?
As part of the series, you’ll receive access to my on-demand video and recorded meditation library for the full 8 weeks. If you can’t make it in person, you can choose a class from the library to keep your practice consistent and in sync with our journey. This way, you not only stay connected to the series, but you also get the freedom to explore additional practices on your own time.
