Friday, October 23 | 7:00–8:30 pm
Porcupine Ski Runners Lodge | Timmins, ON
Join us for an evening of movement, music, yin and connection.
We’ll begin with a grounding yoga flow led by Sylvie Lamothe, moving through breath, rhythm and mindful movement before gradually slowing down into a nourishing yin practice. Throughout the evening, Carlea Luxton will weave drum rhythms, live acoustic music and yoga chant into the practice, creating space to soften, listen and reconnect.
As we move into the deeper energy of autumn, this practice is an invitation to slow down, turn inward and find your own rhythm. A little movement. A little stillness. A little music. A little magic.
We’ll close the evening by sharing tea together, with time to relax, connect and simply be.
