As the natural world begins to shed what it no longer needs, we’re invited to do the same.
Join us for an evening of slow, nourishing Yin Yang yoga, breathwork, and Meditation as we explore Aparigraha: the practice of non-attachment and letting go.
In yoga philosophy, aparigraha invites us to loosen our grip on the things we cling to: expectations, old stories, the need for control, and the versions of ourselves we’ve outgrown. It reminds us that when we stop holding on so tightly, we create space for something new to emerge.
Through the wisdom of the autumn season, we’ll explore what it means to release with intention. Just as the trees surrender their leaves, we’ll turn inward, soften our resistance, and make room for what’s ready to shift.
This isn’t about forcing yourself to let go or having all the answers. It’s about creating the space to listen, feel, and allow.
Sometimes, the most powerful thing we can do is stop holding on.
