An afternoon immersion to deepen your creativity, expand your teaching, and unlock your unique sequencing style
Most 200-hour trainings rush through sequencing, yet it’s one of the most essential and expressive skills we can embody as teachers. For almost 10 years I’ve been developing my own unique creative sequencing skills and I’m happy to share my process with you. Too often, I see new teachers copying from templates, mimicking their own teachers’ sequences, or relying too heavily on AI to create their sequences - not that there’s anything wrong with that but I’m here to show you a different way.
This workshops isn’t about handing you ready-made sequences but give you a viareity of tools and techniques to create your own, from an embodied place that feels authentic to you. This workshop is your invitation to step into your own creative style.
Designed for yoga teachers who want to move beyond repetition and into intuitive, intelligent flow, this immersion blends thoughtful discussion, creative movement exercises, and hands-on coaching to help you develop sequences that feel grounded, expressive, and authentically yours.
Throughout the afternoon, you’ll explore tools, frameworks, and playful practices that support you in building dynamic vinyasa-style sequences with clarity and confidence. You’ll learn how to craft a strong peak flow, add creative variations to familiar and traditional poses, experiment with unique sequencing styles, and build warm-ups and cool-downs that support your flow with intention.
This is a safe space to explore new ways to move and sequence, and reconnect to your creativity, and evolve your voice as a yoga teacher.
You’ll leave feeling inspired, confident, and equipped with a system you can return to every time you create a class.
