As the leaves turn and the air cools, nature invites us to root down and let go, making space for what truly matters. This semester, we’ll travel through the seven chakras, starting with the stability of the root and rising toward the spacious freedom of the crown.
This Yin Yang Yoga immersion is a guided journey to explore the chakra through mindful movement, stillness, breathwork, meditation, and reflection. The yin portion of the practice offers deep stillness to nourish the connective tissues and invites introspection, while the yang portion builds warmth, strength, and balance.
This is not only a stretch class; it’s a holistic experience where you’ll learn about each chakra’s qualities, imbalances, and how to bring harmony to your mind, body, and spirit. You’ll leave each session feeling grounded, clear, and revitalized, with insights you can carry into daily life.
What to expect from each session:
Who is this immersion for?
The curriculum for each week:
This immersion is designed for all levels. While Yin’s long-held stillness is often perceived as a practice for seasoned practitioners who have explored their inner world, you will be guided and supported in discovering the practice at your own pace.

What to bring:
Why join a series?
Joining a series keeps you accountable because when you commit, you show up. And when you show up, you build trust with yourself. That trust is what fuels real growth and lasting change.
What if you miss a class?
As part of the series, you’ll receive access to my on-demand video and meditation library for the full 8 weeks. If you can’t make it in person, you can choose a class from the library to keep your practice consistent and in sync with our journey. This way, you not only stay connected to the series, but you also get the freedom to explore additional practices on your own time.
Terms and Conditions
By the end of these eight weeks, you’ll feel both grounded and expansive, rooted in your body, confident in your voice, and clear in your purpose. You’ll move through the season with a deeper connection to yourself, a toolkit of practices to restore balance, and the courage to release what no longer serves you. This is more than a yoga class, it’s a guided journey to align your energy, nourish your spirit, and step into your own version of freedom.
