Take a deep breath in the middle of your week. This 7-week lunchtime series is your invitation to step away from the noise, settle your nervous system, and return to your day feeling more grounded and present.

This is for you if…

  • You’re feeling overwhelmed or on the edge of burnout

  • You've been feeling wired but tired

  • You’re craving a nervous system reset that fits into your workday

  • You don’t want to change clothes or get sweaty, just feel better from week to week

  • You need a mindful pause to come back to yourself

The holiday season and start of the new year can bring a lot of fiery and active energy and tension into our lives, this is your chance to bring the energy down to find a place of calm and balance within your being.

In this session you'll be guided through:

  • Gentle Somatic Movements

  • Breathwork

  • Meditation

You’ll unwind layers of tension and gently regulate your nervous system.

This is not an intense workout. It’s a work-in.

  • You won't get sweaty and need to change to go back to work.

  • You don't even need to change out of your work clothes.

Led by yoga teacher with almost 10 years of experience, Sylvie Lamothe, this class is perfect for anyone experiencing stress, burnout, or just craving a mindful pause. Whether you’re a total beginner or an experienced practitioner, you’re welcome here.
