This 50-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training is designed for yoga teachers and dedicated students who want to deepen their understanding of Yin. Through anatomy, fascia, meridian theory, sequencing, philosophy, and practice teaching, you’ll gain the tools and confidence to create transformative Yin classes that support the body, mind, and energy.
