A 4-Week Virtual Yoga, Reflection, and Connection Series
The Heart Space is designed to support nervous system regulation through yin yoga, gentle movement, stillness, meditation, and reflective journaling. Each week offers a balance of softness and structure, inviting you to slow down, settle into your body, and reconnect with a sense of inner steadiness and care.
This is the great return to the heart, the quiet center where breath, body, and awareness meet. Rather than striving for transformation, this series creates the conditions for it, through time, presence, and listening.
Rooted in the yogic understanding of the heart as a place of awareness and inner knowing, these practices explore what it means to move from kindness, compassion, gratitude, and forgiveness as lived experiences in the body.
This is a form of self-love that goes beneath the surface. It’s not about indulgence. This is deep care. The kind that changes how you breathe, how you move, and how you show up in your life.
This is a place to pause. A place to soften. A place to land. A place to return to the wisdom of your own heart.
