Yin Yang Yoga Series: Water Element – One Journey Home to Yourself | 8 Weeks to Restore, Flow, and Reconnect
As winter draws near and nature retreats into stillness, we’re invited to slow down, soften, and replenish our inner reserves. This season calls us to honor rest, nurture our energy, and find wisdom in the quiet depths within.
This Yin Yang Yoga immersion is a guided eight-week journey through the Water Element in Traditional Chinese Medicine: the element of flow, adaptability, and deep restoration. Rooted in the wisdom of the winter season, this series blends yin’s meditative stillness and yang’s gentle, warming flow to help you restore your vitality, balance your energy, and soothe your nervous system.
The yin portion of the practice focuses on the hips, lower back, and kidneys connected to the Water Element cultivating surrender, stillness, and introspection. The yang portion brings warmth and gentle movement to encourage circulation and adaptability, helping you stay balanced through the season of stillness.
This is more than a stretch class; it’s a holistic experience designed to help you replenish your inner well and connect to your natural rhythm. You’ll leave each session feeling calm, clear, and grounded with practices and reflections that ripple into daily life.
