
A Half-Day Restorative Experience for like-hearted souls
In a world that feels increasingly heavy, chaotic, and overwhelming, Winter Cocoon offers you a sacred pause. This is your chance to soften, exhale, and come back to a steady place of calm within.
Our half-day experience is designed to gently guide you out of survival mode and into a regulated, grounded nervous system. Through a blend of yoga, meditation, therapeutic wisdom, and expressive movement, you’ll be supported in releasing heavy emotions, processing what you’ve been carrying, and reconnecting to your own inner sanctuary of peace.
Co-facilitated by Sylvie Lamothe, retreat leader and yoga educator of Rebel Soul, and Amilie Chaput, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with Clarity Counseling Services, this experience weaves together yogic practices and therapeutic tools you can carry forward into daily life.
This experience invites you to show up as you are. It’s not about fixing or changing. It’s about restoration. It’s about releasing. It’s about cultivating your own quiet sanctuary of peace within.
