Sylvie has spent the last 7 years deeply studying and teaching Yin Yoga, a practice that transformed not only her own experience on the mat, but the way she guides others.
After years of teaching, refining, and continuing her education, she began developing what is now the Elemental Compass Immersion Course a framework designed to help both teachers and practitioners create more intentional, balanced, and meaningful experiences.
This training is the culmination of that journey; shaped through real classes, real students, and a desire to make Yin Yoga more accessible, practical, and impactful.
This training is about more than learning Yin Yoga. It’s about embodiment, confidence, and creating meaningful experiences for yourself and for the people you guide. It’s about coming together in safe and supportive community in a shared learning environment. Think of this as a mini-retreat learning experience where you will deepen your own practice and teaching skills. You get so much more in this immersive experience than taking an online course - it’s as much about community than it is about the teachings.
I’ve spent 7 years developing this course, studying yin via a one-week 100hr yin ytt in Spain, ongoing textbook research, listening to expert podcasts, and lived experience in guiding real live yin classes. I’m here to share my knowledge with you.
If you’ve been craving depth, clarity, and connection in your practice or teaching, this space was created for you. I’d love for you to join me.
